I love life, in all its multiple and diverse manifestations. I wish I could live to 100—and with me all my family and friends. Simply put, I don’t want to leave this planet: it has too much to offer. I am constantly amazed at man’s limitless creativity. I cannot stand the suffering of innocent fellow human beings. Three activities I try to do every day: study-learn, play with my kids, read-write. I strive to teach our youth justice, kindness, and critical thinking. I also teach them languages, literature, and history—but often that feels like just a means to the above mentioned aims. I hope lighting strikes me dead if I stop loving and respecting my wife and my two kids.
